Price List

Monthly rates are calculated on a per square meter basis.
For individuals creating companies and new entrepreneurs established within the last 3 years, the price per square meter is €8 (including VAT).
For entrepreneurs established more than three years ago, the price per square meter is €12 (including VAT).
Rental expenses of water, electricity, heating, and cleaning are billed as a flat fee.
Tenants have the option to rent the meeting room on an hourly, half-day, or full-day basis.
